Passionate about the positive impact of the natural world on our psychological and mental health, Rachel has completed training in social and therapeutic horticulture and is working towards certification in alchemical energy work as an additional modality.

Dr Rachel Pereira da Silva is a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychologists and has undertaken certified executive function coaching training with Connections in Mind.

Rachel holds a Doctorate in Child and Educational Psychology (University College London), a Post Graduate Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties (Institute of Education) and an initial qualification in Video Interactive Guidance.

With extensive experience working in education, much of it in the support of students with SEN, Rachel has worked in school leadership, as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), as a class teacher and as a private tutor and coach. Rachel has experience working with a wide range of ages and has also tutored adults in English.
